Kyle Winn | Co-Creator, Help Me GMP | Founder, WinnPharma Ltd
With over two decades of experience in pharmacy and aseptic services, Kyle combines frontline NHS leadership with GMP consultancy expertise. He is the founder of WinnPharma Ltd, specialising in aseptic production and pharmaceutical manufacturing consultancy, and currently serves as Head of Production for a newly established NHS manufacturing facility producing over one million doses annually.
Kyle has previously held senior roles as Head of Production and Head of Quality within licensed aseptic manufacturing units, achieving multiple successful MHRA inspections and overseeing large-scale cleanroom operations. His experience includes facility commissioning, validation, and implementing robust quality systems across both licensed and unlicensed aseptic services.
He now contributes nationally as a member of the Specials and Infusions Advisory Panel, advising on GMP compliance and shaping the future of aseptic and specials manufacturing within the NHS.
Through Help Me GMP, Kyle shares his real-world experience with professionals worldwide, delivering free, accessible GMP training that turns complex compliance into practical, relatable knowledge. His goal is to make GMP simple, credible, and applicable to the realities of production and quality management in the UK pharmaceutical sector.
